The ECOLAM is an automatic photovoltaic module laminator. The laminated modules pass the specifications IEC 61215 (exposure test of thermal resistance, humidity freeze, mechanical load cycling , twisted mounting surface, hail impact and high voltage insulation). The ECOLAM is capable to laminate not only standard photovoltaic modules but also particular architectonic modules as prismatic glass, double glass, transparent tedlar and flexible modules. It can also be used for the lamination of coloured plasma screens. The lamination cycle is automatic and controller by a PLC. The operator interacts with the programming through the touch-screen where it is possible to control the cycle in order to see the temperature or the vacuum values.
Standard PV module laminator relying on electrical heating (more efficient than oil-heating-based laminators ,the temperture increase to 140 degree just need 25minutes. ). Easy to maintain, low maintenance costs. For the maitenance just need change the pump oil from time to time.
