The CTS20 Taber/String places and solders copper ribbons onto solar cells.
this machine is manually operated with powered Ribbon Spool Drives and Shears. Ribbons are deployed using the manually operated slider. the slider grips both ribbons and places them in a repeatable position on the cell. the soldering process uses temperature-controlled conduction with adjustable pressure and duration. the assembled string is indexed forward with string advance Knob.
This equipment allows the semiauto-soldering of 1 string of cells, with a higher speed than manuel, with a cells breakage less than 0.2% .
